At just 20 (as of January 2017), Gigi Hadid is modeling's "It" girl, said Judith Newman in Allure. But while she seems at ease in front of the camera, Hadid is often a nervous wreck. "I always get made fun of on social media because my voice shakes,"' she says. "It's because of my anxiety."

How does she deal with it? "Screaming into pillows is good," Hadid says with a laugh. Before a recent beach shoot, "I walked out and just screamed to the ocean."
