Escape from Overload
Overload, spiritual clutter, baggage, busyness—whatever you call it, we're swamped in it. In this week's featured sermon, Peter Scazzero reminds us that the rich young ruler clung to so many nonessentials that the voice of Jesus got drowned out. How about us? Are we so overloaded with worry, greed, busyness, and activity that we can't even hear Jesus anymore? But here's the good news: Jesus provides the way to escape the overload trap. He offers a life of freedom and adventure.
This week we also feature:
- Sermon: Making Room for God to Burst Forth in Our Lives, by Peter Scazzero
- Video: Questions. A short motion text animation that raises questions about life and points to the Bible as the key to answering these crucial questions.
