Easter Just Got Real
Death is going down—thanks to Jesus' resurrection. Or as Daniel Fusco says in this week's sermon, Easter changes everything. It changes how we approach death, but also changes how we live life. As Fusco says, "We come and see so that you and I can have profound experiences with the reality of the resurrected Jesus. Once we have that experience we need to go and join God's story in the world."
Did you know that you have at least four different kinds of hearers every Sunday? Lenny Luchetti writes, "Your congregation consists of diverse people who listen with their mind for exegetical information, their heart for illustrative inspiration, their soul for theological reflection, and their hands for practical application." Here's some great advice for Easter week or any week of the year about, to better connect with your listeners.
