The Forgotten Man of Christmas
He won't win an award as "The Most Interesting Man in the World, but he is "The Most Forgotten Man of Christmas." His name is Joseph. This week's sermon from Dr. Joel Gregory explores the courage of this man of God. As Dr. Gregory says, "He is remarkably simple in his obedience, but he is also simply remarkable in what he was willing to do by hanging everything in an immediate obedience on a word from God which on the surface of it seemed to be absurd. Joseph is remarkably simple and simply remarkable."
In our new video series-"The Authentic Preacher"-I had the chance to sit with our featured preacher, Kevin Miller, to discuss the hardest Christmas sermon he's ever preached. Kevin called it "Christmas from 30,000 feet." This five-minute video provides some great angles on how to preach the heavenly good news of Christmas to people who are struggling on earth.
